These terms cover the Rule26 AI website at rule26ai.com, the consulting services described on it, and the GhostCite application. Part A covers the website and consulting services. Part B covers GhostCite. Section C covers governing law.
Part A: The website and consulting services
A1. What Rule26 AI provides
Rule26 AI provides technical analysis, implementation support, and educational services. Its consulting offers, including the Six-Week Agentic Engineering Workflow Pilot, the Accountability and Evidence Map, and the Initial Technical Review, are described on the Services page. Scope is agreed for each engagement.
A2. No legal or other professional advice
Rule26 AI does not provide legal, clinical, cybersecurity, insurance, or regulatory advice. Pixel Rise Labs LLC is not a law firm. Rule26 AI does not make formal compliance determinations or issue certifications or attestations. CIPP/US and AIGP inform the questions Rule26 AI asks; they do not make Rule26 AI a certifying authority.
A3. Decisions stay with the client
In a consulting engagement, the client’s named owners retain approval, release, and residual-risk acceptance decisions. Rule26 AI advises and supports the work; it does not make those decisions, and it does not independently assure a workflow it helped design.
A4. Outcomes
Outcomes depend on the specific system, organization, and professional judgments involved. Findings from the Six-Week Agentic Engineering Workflow Pilot are early pilot evidence, not proven return on investment or established long-term results.
Part B: The GhostCite application
B1. Description of Service
GhostCite is a structural verification tool. It confirms the existence of citations in the public record via the CourtListener API. It is not a "Citator" (e.g., Shepard's or KeyCite) and does not provide information regarding the current doctrinal validity or "Good Law" status of a case.
B2. No Legal Advice
The results provided by GhostCite do not constitute legal advice or a legal opinion. Pixel Rise Labs LLC is not a law firm. Use of this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship.
B3. User Responsibility & Disclaimers
You acknowledge that the accuracy of legal filings is the sole responsibility of the filing attorney. Pixel Rise Labs LLC provides this tool "as-is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any court sanctions, malpractice claims, or damages arising from the use of this tool.
B4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use automated scripts (bots) to scrape data from GhostCite or to circumvent rate limits. Abuse of the system global API token may lead to immediate account termination.
C. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Dallas County, Texas.
